If Progreso is one of your cruise ship spots, and you see this guy standing in front of a palapa bar named Buddy's follow him in and drink tequila or whatever floats your boat. Then do your best to get back to the pier before the boat sails!
It's a great place to hang out and eat, drink and people watch. You're right on the street (malecon) and there are tables on the beach just across the street.This is Remko and it's his place.
